Welcome to Ethical Sports (ES)

”Ethical Sports (ES)” was founded to improve awareness regarding ethical guidelines, adhering to the ethical guidelines for sports, racism, sexism, nepotism, etc., in the sports community. ES is a nonprofit organization with the vision of promoting a better environment for sports, particularly for sports individuals.

Ethics in sports refers to the principles and values that guide the behavior and conduct of athletes, coaches, officials, and all stakeholders involved in sports activities. It encompasses fairness, integrity, respect, honesty, and responsibility in both competition and everyday practices within the realm of sports. By upholding ethical principles, sports can serve as a positive force in society, promoting teamwork, discipline, and personal growth while also providing entertainment and inspiration to millions worldwide.

Message from The Founder

We face different sorts of inequalities in society hidden under the disguise of words like ”Perception”, ”Judgement”, ”Conflict,” ”Cultural Differences,” and so on. These disguised words justify acts of injustice and stealing rights, leading to unethical behavior harming individuals, players, and families. Unfortunately, sports organizations and federations cannot see the difference and go along without understanding these severe issues. We have seen this and experienced it and decided to address it in the sports community. People need to be educated and need to be aware. Some standard norms and protocols need to be followed. ES will accomplish this task with your support to develop a system of evaluating such situations with the help of sports individuals and organizations to condition the support system from different types of racial racism, cultural racism, sexism, and nepotism.

Our Focus

We plan to include all the sports in our projects. We need volunteers to join us to take over the responsibility of different sports. We will design guidelines and educational materials for sports individuals and coaches with the help of professionals. We will develop an open peer review-based system for evaluating cases related to racial racism, cultural racism, sexism, and nepotism and make all the documents and evaluations public.
